He has received a National Fellowship award from the NEA.. He has been making churns, face jugs, and pots since he was a child. He is ninth generation family potter. He digs his own blue clay, uses a mule-driven mill to blend his clay and fires it in a traditional ground-hog kiln that is big enough to walk into it!<BR><br><br> <center><a href=index.html> Back to Artists List </a></CENTER></FONT> </BODY>
